Club Quarters Hotels Announces Hiring of New Chief Operating Officer and Expanded Operational Leadership Team with the Addition of Two Respected Hospitality Industry Veterans and a Key Internal Promotion as the Company Prepares to ambitious growth. The expanded operations team is led by Edward Maynard as chief operating officer, who is supported by the addition of Charlie Katz as general manager of global customer services and the promotion of Aaron Bailey as Managing Director of Global Operations. The team was carefully selected for their deep operational experience and history of delivering high-tech experiences, programs and systems for clients to take Club Quarters to the next level.

Edward Maynard is an experienced hospitality leader who brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams, establishing guest-focused operations, generating market share and setting a leadership vision for major brands including Ian Schrager’s PUBLIC Hotels, SIXTY Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Morgans. Hotel Group. He was hired to oversee significant growth while strengthening various revenue streams and energizing the business to drive long-term value.

Charlie Katz is a service-oriented operational leader who has designed customer experiences for a variety of respected lifestyle brands, including Mondrian, Sydell Group, THE OUT and Kimpton, among others. It will focus on the brand experience across the hotel product, integrating programming, training and key touchpoints to drive guest satisfaction.

Aaron Bailey is a Club Quarters veteran with a wide range of institutional knowledge, having worked his way up the ranks for 14 years with the company, where he held progressive operational roles in five key markets. He will focus on operational processes and standard operating procedures to increase efficiency and ensure consistent operational delivery.
