Adams has served as Executive Vice President of Field Operations since joining Charter in 2012, overseeing the delivery of high quality service to homes and businesses in Charter’s 41 states. For 17 years, he held operational positions at Time Warner Cable, including that of Division President in Binghamton, NY and Rochester NY; Regional Vice President of Operations for Wisconsin and East Carolina. Earlier in his career, he held various leadership positions at NewChannels Corporation.
Since joining Charter in 2012, Hargis has served as Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing all sales and marketing for the business, including its successful rebrand to Spectrum and the launch of new pricing and packaging, that continue to deliver increasing value to customers. He joined Charter from Cablevision, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President, Marketing and previously held various leadership positions at AT&T.

Tom Monaghan was promoted to Executive Vice President, Field Operations, and Adam Ray assumes the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing all sales and marketing. Sharon Peters and Christian Ruiz have been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President, Sales, respectively, and will report to Ray.

Peters, who was promoted to executive vice president, chief marketing officer, expanded her oversight to include the entire marketing function, adding marketing and creative services and digital marketing when she was named senior vice president. , marketing, in 2021.
